1. General
By registering with CK Trafikskola AB (“CK Trafikskola”, “we” or “us”), you accept these general terms and conditions and become a customer of us.
The terms and conditions apply to all of our activities and trainings.
2. Booking of driving lessons
Your driving lessons are booked and planned in dialogue with you. We adapt the schedule as much as possible to your work and school hours.
Here's how the booking goes:

If you do not receive an SMS reminder the day before your scheduled lesson, do not come to the traffic school, because then you do not have a scheduled driving lesson.
If you miss a text message reminder even though you have planned or requested a lesson, this may be due to, for example:
We will always notify you if your driving lesson is cancelled or rescheduled. During high season, however, we may not have time to contact all students in case of changes. Therefore, you should always start from the following:

3. Cancellation policy
Cancellation must be made no later than 13:00 on the weekday before the booked driving lesson.

In case of late cancellation, full price will be charged.
Risk training and supervisor training
Cancellation must be made at least 5 working days before the course date.
In case of late cancellation, full price will be charged.
In the event of repeated late cancellations or non-attendance, we reserve the right to cancel the student's education.
4. Disease
In case of illness, a valid medical certificate is required to avoid charging in case of late cancellation.
We reserve the right to check the validity of the certificate.
5. Payment
All prices are stated in Swedish kronor (SEK) including 25% VAT unless otherwise stated.
Payment is handled through Qliro. At Swish, the payee may appear as Q*CK Traffic School, which means that Qliro administers the payment on our behalf.
When invoicing, an invoice fee of SEK 60 excluding VAT is added.
In case of non-payment, reminders and debt collection are handled by an external collection partner. Statutory fees and interest apply.
We reserve ourselves for obviously incorrect prices.
6. Partial payment
Installment is offered through an external financing partner. Credit is granted after customary credit check.
Borrowing costs money.
If you are unable to repay the debt on time, you run the risk of payment arrears. This can affect your ability to get a loan, housing or subscription.
For support, contact the budget and debt counseling in your municipality.
7. Validity period
CK Trafikskola does not normally sell packages or pre-purchased lessons. Lessons are booked and paid on an ongoing basis.
In the case of promotions or special offers where several lessons are purchased in advance, a validity period of 6 months from the date of purchase applies.
After the expiration of the validity period, unused lessons expire without the right to a refund.
8. Sample Fees
Fees to the Swedish Transport Administration are not included in our prices or offers unless explicitly stated otherwise.
9. Cancellation of Lesson
If the lesson is interrupted due to the student's behavior, impact, safety risk, or other circumstance that makes it inappropriate to complete the training, the full fee will be charged.
The assessment is made by the responsible traffic teacher.
Violent or threatening behaviour towards staff or business is not accepted and can be reported to the police.
10. Sample booking
The traffic school can book a drive-through on the traffic school code.
It is the traffic teacher who decides whether the student is ready to pass tests through the traffic school. If the teacher determines that the student is not ready, the exam is rescheduled.
Students who wish to book exams without the teacher's approval can do so privately via the Trafikverket website.
We are periodically fully booked 2—6 weeks ahead.
Pupils are responsible for booking continuing lessons well in advance to ensure continuity of education.
We cannot guarantee continuous training if booking is not made on time.
When purchasing via e-commerce, a 14-day right of withdrawal applies according to the Act (2005:59) on distance contracts and agreements outside business premises.
By purchasing a service, you agree that the service can be started during the withdrawal period. If the service is started with your explicit consent and you have been informed that the right of withdrawal thus ends, you lose the right of withdrawal in the part where the service has been completed.
The right of withdrawal applies only to the consumer and not to the company.
When returning goods, the product must be in substantially unchanged condition. Return shipping is paid by the customer.
Refunds will be made within 14 days of receipt and acceptance of the return.
In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, CK Trafikskola does not apply open purchase.
CK Trafikskola processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Personal data is processed on a legal basis in contracts to administer bookings, payments and training.
Data is stored for as long as it is necessary according to contracts as well as accounting and government requirements.
You have the right to request an extract from the register, rectification or deletion of your data.
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Privacy Protection Authority (IMY).

CK Trafikskola reserves the right to change these terms and conditions.
Updated terms and conditions are always posted on our website.
It is the customer's responsibility to keep up to date with the applicable terms and conditions.
Changes can also be communicated verbally in connection with booking or visits to the traffic school.
CK Trafikskola is exempt from liability in the event of events outside our control, such as a government decision, strike, illness, accident, extreme weather conditions or other unforeseen event that we could not reasonably foresee or influence.
If service cannot be carried out due to force majeure, the student is entitled to a refund for unused services, but not to additional compensation.
Disputes should primarily be resolved through dialogue between the parties.
Consumers can apply to the General Complaints Board (ARN), www.arn.se.
Disputes shall ultimately be settled by the Swedish General Court in accordance with Swedish law.
By registering with CK Trafikskola AB, you confirm that you have read and understood our general terms and conditions.
You accept the terms and conditions in full and are aware that they govern, among other things, booking, cancellation, payment, the completion of the training and any refunds.
