By registering at CK Trafikskola AB with organization number 559233-1986 (hereinafter referred to as "CK Trafikskola", "we" or "us"), you become a customer and user of our services and thereby accept the following terms and conditions. These terms and conditions apply to our traffic school in Södertälje and Farsta.
Booking rules
Your driving lessons are booked and planned in consultation with you. We adapt our work schedule to your work and school hours as much as possible.
Steps on how to book and cancel your reservation:
If you do not receive an SMS reminder the day before, you should not come to the driving school because you do not have a driving lesson scheduled.
If you do not receive a text message reminder and you have scheduled or requested a driving lesson at a certain time, this may be due to several factors such as
We will always notify you* if your driving lesson is canceled or needs to be rescheduled. If you are not notified of a cancellation and do not receive an SMS reminder, it means that you do not have a driving lesson. During the high season, we may not have time to notify changes, then you should assume the above.
You can always text or call us if you are unsure.

*You may not always be notified as we can be extremely busy and do not have time to call all students. You should assume that "If you do not receive an SMS reminder the day before, you should not come to the traffic school because you do not have a driving lesson scheduled."
Cancellation policy
Driving lessons:
Cancellation of your driving lesson must be made no later than 15.00 on the same day that you as a student received an SMS reminder for the next day's training. Cancellation should only be done via text message, phone call (not answering machine) or on site at the traffic school.
Information about this is in your text message reminder.
If a driving lesson is canceled late, the full price of the driving lesson will be charged.
Risk and supervisor training:
All risk training and instructor training courses must be canceled at least 5 working days before the course date. Cancellations should only be made by text message, phone call (not voicemail) or in person at the driving school.
If a course is canceled too late, the full price of the course will be charged.
If a student cancels very repeatedly, we reserve the right to interrupt the student's education.
Disease
In case of illness, a medical certificate or equivalent is required in order to take into account the fee charged in case of late cancellation. We reserve the right to verify certificates that are not issued by authorized doctors or medical institutions.
Payment
Payment can only be made via swish, bank transfer or partial payment with us.
When choosing an invoice, an invoice fee of SEK 49 excluding VAT will be added.
In case of non-payment, reminders and collection measures are handled by Kvick Inkasso.
Qliro is also a payment provider and handles payment transactions in our e-commerce. When you choose Swish, you will therefore see that the payee is Qliro, which means that it is Qliro that receives the money for the purchase and handles the payment for us.
Partial payment_200D↩
Installment payments are available through interest-free financing from our partner. You decide how much you want to pay each month by choosing the repayment period. You can choose to split your payment into 1 to 3, 6, 12, 24 or 36 months without interest. The first installment will be announced the month after your purchase. Each month, you have the option of paying a higher amount than announced, thus shortening the repayment period.
To be granted credit, you must meet the requirements of our partner. We make an application via our portal and check whether all the requirements are met.
Borrowing costs money!
If you are unable to repay your debt on time, you risk a payment default. This can make it difficult to rent a home, take out subscriptions and get new loans. For support, contact the budget and debt advice service in your municipality. Contact details are available at konsumentverket.se.
Period of validity
Purchases must be used within 6 months from the date of purchase.
Sample fees
Traffic authority test fees are not included in any of our packages or offers.
Personal and contact details
As a student, you are responsible for ensuring that your contact details are correct. Should we at the reception have written the wrong contact details when you registered or should you change your contact details, you are still responsible for ensuring that the information is correct.
This includes your full name, social security number, address, telephone number and e-mail.

Open purchase & exchange rights
CK Trafikskola AB with organization number 559233-1986 does not have open purchase on its services and products.
E-commerce right of withdrawal_200D↩
As a consumer (private individual), you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the time you have received a product we have sent to you. The right of withdrawal is regulated in the Distance and Home Sales Act (2005:59). According to § 4 of this law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to distance contracts if, among other things:
The right of withdrawal does not apply to companies, and only if the product is in an essentially unchanged condition. This means that the product must be able to be sold as new to the next customer, without them reacting to the product looking used. You are responsible for the return freight when invoking the right of withdrawal. To avoid problems when you want to use the right of withdrawal, contact customer service before sending back goods.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods purchased at our schools, but only to e-commerce.
When invoking the right of withdrawal:
We reserve the right to charge cost price for the missing parts in cases where the return is not complete. We do not redeem packages against postal advances. An unclaimed shipment is not considered an exercise of the right of withdrawal.
Contractual changes
When we change the contract, you will be notified of this. In this case, you will need to accept the terms and conditions again, even if you have done so before.
Please read the conditions carefully to be aware of the changes.
The terms of purchase are always published on the website.
Deviations
We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions due to price changes, promotions, realizations or changes in packages.
§ FORCE MAJEURE
CK Trafikskola AB with organization number 559233-1986 disclaims the agreement's obligations when things that are beyond our power as external and extreme factors that we as a company could not count on or predict and thus cannot carry out our services and make a refund or stand for compensation claims from the customer.
Our right
CK Trafikskola AB has the right to cancel a student at a driving lesson or course due to unforeseen events.
If a student misbehaves during a driving lesson or course session, the teacher has the right to cancel the driving lesson or course session. The driving lesson or course session will be charged in full.
If the teacher considers the student's state of health to be abnormal, such as under the influence of alcohol or illness, the teacher has the right to cancel the driving lesson or course session. The student will be charged in full.
Any form of violent or threatening behavior by students/purchasers or family members/relatives towards the school or its staff is not accepted and will be prosecuted.
Booking of tests
The driving school will book a test for you under the driving school's code. This means that you take the test in the name of the driving school. For us to be able to book this, you need to follow the teacher's recommendations for the number of driving lessons needed for you to pass all elements of the training plan.
It is the driving instructor who decides whether a student is ready and passed all the elements to complete a driving test on the traffic school code. If the driving instructor does not consider the student ready, the driving test will be rescheduled. A student who wishes to try/take a chance can choose to book a test drive themselves on the Swedish Transport Administration's website.
Planning
We are usually, depending on the season, fully booked 2-6 weeks ahead. After the initial planning of your driving lessons, you will receive an estimate of whether your package will be sufficient to take the license. Should your estimate mean more driving lessons, you will need to book these immediately to avoid interruption to your training. If you choose not to do this, we cannot guarantee continuity in your training.
Acceptance of conditions - at enrolment
I have read and taken note of the above information and fully understand the general terms and conditions, including driving, booking, payment, cancellation and refunds.
