Code of Conduct

CK Trafikskola AB (hereinafter referred to as "CK Trafikskola") long-term success is dependent on
the business being conducted in a sustainable manner. This means good economic sustainability that does not wear
on our resources, consideration for the environment and social commitment. The company's basic requirement
is to comply with international conventions and national laws.

The Code of Conduct is based on the UN Global Compact, and the Code of Conduct is based on its 10
principles in the areas of human rights, labor law, the environment and anti-corruption.
The principles in the Code of Conduct are also based on the UN Declaration on Human Rights, the UN's
Sustainable Development Goals and the ILO's core conventions on labor rights.

The Code of Conduct applies to all employees in the company and governs the company in relation to
employees, customers, suppliers and other partners.

CK Trafikskola shall create sustainable economic value by running the business in a sound manner.
Therefore, it is important that we act in an ethical manner when it comes to the finances of our daily operations.

Corporate governance

CK Trafikskola shall apply responsible business methods that are characterized by high business ethics and good
business practice where we take responsibility for our business and show consideration and loyalty to involved
actors. All marketing and contact with customers shall be honest and not promise anything that does not
correspond to reality.

Financial reporting
CK Trafikskola reports all financial transactions in accordance with Swedish accounting standards and follows
International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). The accounting shall be transparent and give a
true and fair view of the Group. Employees must not enter or remove information in the company's
accounts that intentionally conceals or distorts a financial or non-financial transaction,
or the true nature of a result.

Taxes

CK Trafikskola shall comply with applicable tax laws and regulations. If tax legislation does not provide
any clear guidance, transparency and accuracy shall guide the Group's actions.

Employees

CCF_200D↩ Trafikskolas employees may not, for personal gain, demand or receive undue benefits
nor offer or give anyone an undue benefit, unless it complies with international and
Swedish legislation and accepted, common business practice. If an employee has any doubts about a gift or
benefit, he or she should seek advice from his or her manager.

Healthy competition

CK Trafikskola supports free and fair competition in an open market. We comply with international
and Swedish legislation in this area.

Conflicts of interest

Business decisions should always be made in the best interests of the company. Employees may not use their position or
their influence for any other purpose than to promote CK Trafikska's interests. Private interests may
never influence decision-making. If a conflict of interest exists, or could exist,
employees should report it to their manager or his/her manager.

Political involvement

CK Trafikskola is neutral in terms of party political issues. CK Trafikskola does not lend its
name to political parties or individual political candidates.

Quality and service

Every customer contact should be characterized by a friendly approach and professionalism. Our services should be
of such quality that they meet the given expectations in terms of standards and service.

Partners

CK Trafikskola strives to primarily use partners who share our
principles and live up to our code of conduct.

All employees, customers and other stakeholders shall act and be treated in an ethical manner.
Discrimination and equal treatment, abuse
No employee, customer or other partner shall be discriminated against on the basis of ethnic
affiliation, origin, disability, gender, sexual orientation, trade union membership, political
affiliation, parenthood or age. No one shall be subjected to or threatened with physical, religious,
sexual, psychological or verbal harassment or abuse.

Human rights

CK Trafikskola supports and respects the protection of fundamental human rights, not least
children's rights, and shall ensure that the company is not complicit in the violation of these rights. We
shall not use forced, slave or other involuntary labor. No one shall be required to provide
a deposit or original identity documents at the start of employment, for example. Children or minors below
the minimum age for work under national law or fifteen (15) years, whichever is
higher, shall not be used as labor. Minors under eighteen (18) years of age shall not engage in hazardous
or heavy work or work in the evening shift.

Working hours and remuneration

CK Trafikskola shall comply with applicable laws, agreements and industry standards regarding working hours and
wages. All employees should have contracts that specify their terms and conditions of employment. Everyone is entitled to equal pay
for work and regular, paid vacation.

Work environment

CK Trafikskola shall provide a safe and healthy working environment for its employees. We will
endeavor to prevent and avoid accidents and injuries that occur at work. We will always protect
the right to privacy and integrity of persons visiting or working with us. Handling of
personal data is handled confidentially and to prevent unauthorized access to it.

Security

Safety for our employees, customers and assets is important for CK Trafikskola and therefore
we work actively to minimize the risks in the business and for everyone who stays on our premises. We
have zero tolerance for crime and violence. We see human trafficking as a particularly serious
crime.

Freedom of association.

The right to freedom of association and collective bargaining shall be respected for all employees.

Accessibility

CK Trafikskola strives to make our company as accessible as possible to employees, no matter
what their needs are.

Diversity

CK Trafikskola sees diversity as an asset and we strive to create a dynamic and modern
workplace. CK Trafikskola will encourage the skills of each employee. It is our belief that
employees with different backgrounds, interests and personalities contribute to a more efficient and
sustainable business.

3. Environmental considerations‍

CK Trafikskola works actively with environmental issues. We will always strive to reduce the negative
environmental impact of our operations and services.

Energy

We will make conscious choices when procuring energy and prioritize renewable energy. We will constantly
reduce our energy consumption.

Chemicals

We will always strive to reduce our use of chemicals and choose detergents/liquids
that have the least environmental impact.

Transport and Travel

When choosing a mode of transport and transporting laundry, we will prioritize the alternative that affects the environment
least. Company cars and vehicles owned by CK Trafikskola AB shall, where possible, be powered by
alternative fuels.

Environmentally harmful substances.

CK Trafikskola shall, as far as possible, avoid environmentally harmful substances in chemicals and in
operations. The choice of chemicals, materials and equipment shall as far as possible be based on the criteria
that they are sustainable, made from renewable raw materials, resource-efficient, easy to manage and
maintain, recyclable and easy to dismantle.

Threatened species

The products we buy should never consist of endangered animals and plants. We aim to use only
materials whose production does not affect endangered species.

Waste management

CK Trafikskola shall endeavor to limit the amount of waste generated and enable effective
recycling of the waste. This shall be done by sorting the waste at source and by limiting the amount of hazardous
waste, packaging, disposable items and unnecessary materials.

4. Compliance and follow-up‍

CK Trafikskola employees must follow the code of conduct and actions that violate
the code of conduct will not be tolerated. We want our suppliers to respect and comply with
the code of conduct.

5. Reporting deviations from the code of conduct.

If you discover a deviation from or violation of the code of conduct in our business, linked to
our services or with any of our partners and suppliers, this should be reported immediately to the CEO
of CK Trafikskola AB. You can report in writing or by phone call. CK Trafikskola undertakes
to ensure that sufficient resources are allocated to investigate all reports. CK Trafikskola does
not tolerate harassment or bullying and will take steps to protect all those who raise
their suspicions in good faith.
